Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Zones
We deliver our products to:

2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

France: 3 to 7 business days

European Union: 5 to 10 business days

International: 7 to 20 business days
In accordance with Article L216-1 of the Consumer Code, orders are delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the validation of the order.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery charges are indicated at the time of ordering, before payment, and vary depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
4. Carriers
Deliveries are handled by partner carriers such as La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL or any other equivalent carrier.
5. Delivery delay
In the event of a delay exceeding the stated timeframe, the customer may request cancellation of the order and obtain a refund in accordance with Articles L216-2 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
6. Customs (international)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return and refund policy
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
1. Return conditions
The items must be:
- New, unworn, unwashed
- Returned in their original packaging
- With tags intact
Reasonable trying on is permitted.
2. Non-returnable items
- Personalized items
- Unsealed hygiene products
- Gift cards
3. Return Procedure
Before returning any item, the customer must contact customer service at:

4. Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Reimbursement
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.
6. Defective products or order error
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered and a refund or replacement will be offered.
