Return and refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

1. Return conditions

The items must be:

- New, unworn, unwashed

- Returned in their original packaging

• With tags intact

Reasonable trying on is permitted.

2. Non-returnable items

- Personalized items

- Unsealed hygiene products

3. Return Procedure

Before returning any item, the customer must contact customer service at:

The return address will be provided after the request has been validated.

4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Reimbursement

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment.

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the order.

6. Defective products or order error

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs will be covered and a refund or replacement will be offered.

• Shipping within 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation (business days).

• Delivery within 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.

• Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Home delivery or delivery to a collection point (subject to availability).

• Order tracking information sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
